A one-room kiln on the Corniche. We throw stoneware that keeps a little salt in the glaze — bowls, lamps, and tiles for rooms that face the water.
01 · The kiln
We wait for the harbour to quiet, then raise the temperature in two long climbs. The glaze is a local feldspar mixed with a pinch of beach glass. No two rims come out the same colour.
02 · Harbour shop

Pierced stoneware shade. Throws a harbour-map of light on the wall.
Six-inch square. Coral wash over a scratched wave, sold in sets of four.
